As a heavy equipment mechanic, you will adhere to all safety protocols to include confined space entry, lock-out-tag-out, working at heights, wearing appropriate safety glasses & other personal protective equipment along with OSHA, MOSH requirements.
Further responsibilities include:
Repair and replace damaged or worn parts
Operate and inspect heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects
Test mechanical products and equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer's specifications
Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs using engine diagnostic such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices
Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools
Cleans, lubricates and performs routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles
Schedules maintenance for industrial machines and equipment and keeps equipment service records
Read and interprets manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings

Minimum Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience servicing heavy industrial equipment such as excavators, backhoes, skid loaders, and tractors
Knowledge of machines & tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to read, write and speak English

Earhart Tractor and Equipment Company is an agriculture, construction, and compact utility equipment sales and rental company currently seeking an experienced Construction Equipment Inside Sales Representative who will generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts in Yuma, Arizona and its surrounding areas for our Bobcat, Kubota and New Holland product lines, just to name a few.
A primary goal is to assess the potential application of company products and/or services and then offer solutions that meet customer needs. Research and present reports showing potential customers the cost / benefit of purchasing products or services. Job Requirements
- Four year bachelors degree preferred but not required as an Engineering, Marketing, or Business curriculum would bring added relevant education.

- PFW/CDK Software experience preferred, but not required for consideration.
