Responsibilities
Manage the month end process from reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations through preparing financial statements and variance analysis
Ensuring all month-end and year-end financial reports are completed on time and accurately according to generally accepted accounting principles and following corporate procedures and internal controls
Completing monthly accruals on different areas of the business
Liaise with managers and support them with their accounting, budgeting, cost control and financial analysis needs
Analyze and generate financial reports to management in a timely and accurate manner
Contribute to the annual business planning and budgeting process
Take initiative to create efficiencies and improve processes
Provide financial analysis and advice to Senior Management as required
Lead the preparation of the annual audit file and year-end reconciliations and co-ordinate with external auditors in their subsequent examination of the Company’s financial statements
Financial projects as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications Requirements
Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required
Five plus years of related experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Analytically-minded with solid organizational and communication skills and able to meet prescribed deadlines, sometimes under pressure
Use teamwork skills to work co-operatively with all departments as well as fellow employees
Provide direction, motivation and set an example through open communication providing appropriate feedback, support and resources to improve effectiveness of individuals and teams
Possess the knowledge and leadership skills to ensure the Finance department is able to adapt and innovate to meet any changes in company policies and procedures
Demonstrate clear and respectful communication skills in all situations

Purpose:
Independently performs advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager, Location Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established AFS products.
* Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
* Mentors Service Technician Trainees
* Conducts or supports customer clinics
* Maintains current knowledge of Case/IH and competitive products
* Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
* Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
* Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
* Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
* Accounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties
* May perform diagnosis and repair in the field
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
* 3+ years of experience performing service repairs
* Ability to perform advanced repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures on machines of the Technician's specialty
* Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
* Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
* Ability to use EST and basic computer functions
* Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
* Certification preferred but not required
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
* Valid driver's license required.

Wash Bay Operator cleans, details, and inspects vehicles (trucks, trailers, or machinery) using high-pressure washers, cleaning agents, and scrubbing equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations (OSHA), and often moving vehicles within the lot.
Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning & Detailing: Wash exterior of vehicles, clean inside/outside of trailers, and steam engines/undercarriages.
• Equipment Operation: Use power sprayers, pressure washers, and hand tools (brushes, squeegees).
• Inspection & Maintenance: Inspect vehicles for damage or debris before/after washing.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA regulations and company guidelines, including proper disposal of waste materials.
• Chemical Handling: Mix and apply commercial-grade detergents safely.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay area.
Qualifications & Skills
• Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure thorough cleaning and inspect for damage.
• Technical Skills: Ability to operate pressure washers and machinery like forklifts or man lifts.
• Environment: Comfortable working in wet, noisy, and sometimes outdoor environments.
