Wash Bay Operator cleans, details, and inspects vehicles (trucks, trailers, or machinery) using high-pressure washers, cleaning agents, and scrubbing equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations (OSHA), and often moving vehicles within the lot.

Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning & Detailing: Wash exterior of vehicles, clean inside/outside of trailers, and steam engines/undercarriages.
• Equipment Operation: Use power sprayers, pressure washers, and hand tools (brushes, squeegees).
• Inspection & Maintenance: Inspect vehicles for damage or debris before/after washing.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA regulations and company guidelines, including proper disposal of waste materials.
• Chemical Handling: Mix and apply commercial-grade detergents safely.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay area.

Qualifications & Skills
• Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure thorough cleaning and inspect for damage.
• Technical Skills: Ability to operate pressure washers and machinery like forklifts or man lifts.
• Environment: Comfortable working in wet, noisy, and sometimes outdoor environments.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Good Driving Record.

A Groundskeeper maintains the safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas, including lawns, landscapes, and athletic fields. Key duties involve mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, irrigation, and operating machinery like tractors or trimmers. They often handle trash removal, snow/ice management, and basic equipment maintenance in parks, schools, or commercial properties.

Core Responsibilities
• Landscaping & Horticulture: Mowing, weeding, pruning, planting shrubs, trees, and flowers, and applying fertilizers or pesticides to maintain turf and plants.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Removing trash, leaves, and debris from walkways, parking lots, and grounds.
• Facility Care: Cleaning and maintaining outdoor features.
• Equipment Operation: Utilizing mowers, blowers, chainsaws, tractors, and trucks, as well as conducting minor repairs on these tools.
• Seasonal Tasks: Shoveling snow, spreading salt, and preparing grounds for seasonal changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift over 50 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor (bending, walking, standing) for long hours.
• Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping machinery.
• Horticultural Knowledge: Understanding of plant care, lawn maintenance, and pest control.
• Safety Awareness: Familiarity with safety procedures for handling chemicals and power equipment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Good Driving Record.
