Polen Implement, has proudly served the agricultural community for over 90 years. We are growing our service department to accommodate the needs of our customers in Northern Ohio. Our technicians specialize in set up and repair of agricultural equipment including tractors, planters, combines, tillage and agricultural management solutions. We have a passion for keeping the agricultural community moving forward and equipment working in the field.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
---Set up and repair of agricultural equipment
---Serving agricultural customer’s needs
---Providing professional repair with a focus on excellent customer service
---Completion of required paperwork
---Maintaining clean equipment and work environment

Minimum Qualifications:
---Agricultural background preferred, but not required, can be trained on the job
---Mechanical ability, must supply basic tools and some specialty tools
---High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
---Willing to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and some Saturdays from 8:00 am - Noon
---Have a valid State of Ohio driver’s license, having a CDL is a plus
---Be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions when required
---Able to lift 50 lbs. or more comfortably

---General knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
---Able to work in a fast-paced, result oriented environment
---Have basic computer knowledge
---Good communication skills
---Dependable & self-motivated
