Kunau Implement is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our award-winning service team in DeWitt, IA, as a Groundskeeper / Machinery Detailer. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of our equipment and facility. Working hours are M-F 7:30 am-5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, weed trimming, and basic landscape maintenance (seasonal)
- Wash and detail agricultural, construction, and lawn & garden equipment (interior and exterior)
- Fuel equipment as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of service loaner machines
- Move equipment between service areas, wash bays, and the parking lot
- Keep service areas clean, safe, and free of debris (including snow removal)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay
- Support the service team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely operate agricultural and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable bending, stooping, and reaching overhead
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
