The Service Technician is responsible for applying his skills and experience to repair and maintain various customer and dealership equipment.
Diagnose and repair customer equipment based on training and experience.
Recommend additional repairs as needed for the customer.
Promote dealership maintenance programs and specials to build labor hours.
Prep new equipment for delivery as needed.
Perform warranty repairs per factory guidelines.
Be on time, organized, courteous and maintain a professional appearance.
Promptly communicate with management:
-Job status and availability
-Customer Issues
-Suggestions to improve the Service Department process
Communicate with customers:
-Equipment conditions
-Work performed
Operate machinery, tools, and vehicles in a safe manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Complete required service paperwork thoroughly and neatly.
