The individual(s) will be responsible for territory development and the growth of our product lines which include Bobcat, Kubota, New Holland, and others. A qualified candidate should possess the following: College Degree, a high level of self-motivation, the ability to work both independently and within a team, the ability to exceed customer and Company expectations. Prior verifiable sales experience along with a mechanical aptitude is necessary. Compensation includes base and commission. All applicable candidate(s) must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background review.

Bingham Equipment Company is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter salesperson for the DV Location who performs a variety of customer service, in store, marketing, promoting, advertising and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships parts department. Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counter parts sales and customer service responsibilities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Parts Department:
ââ¬Â¢ Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
ââ¬Â¢ Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
ââ¬Â¢ Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
ââ¬Â¢ Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
ââ¬Â¢ Provide service technicians with parts as required with exceptional speed.
ââ¬Â¢ Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays.
ââ¬Â¢ Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and today's customer satisfaction.
ââ¬Â¢ Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
ââ¬Â¢ Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
ââ¬Â¢ When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership
ââ¬Â¢ Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale.
ââ¬Â¢ Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
ââ¬Â¢ Uses dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
ââ¬Â¢ Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manger.
ââ¬Â¢ Keeps himself/herself groomed and clothed per the dealership guidelines.
ââ¬Â¢ Verify receiving documents.
ââ¬Â¢ Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager.
ââ¬Â¢ Should be knowledgeable in merchandising

Customer Service:
ââ¬Â¢ Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealershipââ¬â¢s satisfaction
ââ¬Â¢ Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner
ââ¬Â¢ Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
ââ¬Â¢ Graduation from manufacturer Parts program preferred but not required
ââ¬Â¢ Knowledge of PFW/CDK parts operating system a plus but not required
ââ¬Â¢ Ability to speak effectively one on one, listen and interpret customer needs
ââ¬Â¢ Ability to effectively
ââ¬Â¢ Basic computer skills
ââ¬Â¢ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
ââ¬Â¢ Good organizational skills
