The Product Support Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing product support processes for multi-locations; provide technical assistance, training, product, service and parts supports to staff and follow policies and procedures to dealers.

Ideal candidate will have an agriculture background in either Agriculture products, Tillage, Consumer Products, or similar field. Additionally, Product Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing Parts, Service and Sales staff training, inventory management; On-Line Marketing of products (agriculture and related) and services, relationship building with Case CNH representatives, internal staff and external customers; increasing product sales support in assigned territories, managing financial performance of the product support operations, ensuring that customer needs are met and fulfilling any additional duties assigned by Corporate Management.

Essential Functions:
� Management
o Review financial statements and Product Support Reporting and make adjustments to meet company goals and established metrics
o Insure branch compliance with administrative processes and procedures
o Supply to appropriate corporate staff information regarding needed capital expenditures.
o Leads the development and deployment of a comprehensive product and service sales strategy and long-term plans which integrates business� values, mission, resources and goals
o Ability to work independently, developing objectives, setting priorities, and implementing ideas in a timely manner
o Capable of completing projects and maintaining deadlines with extensive interruptions and distractions
o Ability to work under pressure, quickly evaluate facts and maintain good judgement when making decisions
o Must be willing to travel up to 75% of time and work hours required by the job
o Develop product support practices around implementing new product lines including warranty processing, labor rate and expenses in dealer/distributor agreements.


� Parts & Service
o Manage/oversee the work order process, including timely closing of W/O�s, warranty filings to ensure customers receive complete and quality communication on invoices; identify and establish process and procedures to streamline efficiencies within the department
o Manage and coach staff to implement the sales process and meet established goals
o Develop customer relationship process that will achieve and maintain dealership loyalty and play key role with resolving customer at risk situations
o Oversee on-Line Marketing including all advertising; standardizing pricing to drive efficiencies; rolling out and marketing of new product lines
o Ensure quality warranty claims are being submitted to their OEMs
o Maintain tools and service trucks processes for cleanliness and safety
o Ensure employees are properly trained on computer systems, phone systems and appropriate customer communication
o Manage parts inventory levels based on established metrics, improve parts availability levels, maintain �Best in Class� inventory runs with a minimum goal of 4 annual turns, no sales less than 2 turns in 12 months, obsolete levels below .05% and order program utilization
o Establish and oversee inventory metrics, time to fill orders, inventory turns goals and oversee new and used inventory levels
o Promote a culture of safety and �superior� individual job performance

� Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
o Strong knowledge of finance, operations management and inventory control.
o Extensive experience and understanding of agriculture products as related to an Agriculture dealership environment
o Strong industry and product knowledge.
o Strong knowledge of customer service skills.
o Meets commitments and deadlines.
o Demonstrates openness to new structure, procedures, technology.
o Able to travel up to 75% of time and work flexible schedule as needed
o Good communication skills � both oral and written
o Skilled at using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
o Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
o Anticipates and accurately defines needs and problems and takes appropriate action
o Understands and operates within applicable policy and procedure.
o Energetic, forward thinking and creative with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

Physical Requirements and Work Schedule:
Able to do occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs. and have valid driver license without restrictions.

The Wholegood Product Specialist will report to the CEO and General Manager and will be instrumental in achieving established goals and metrics through profitable revenue generation.

Responsibilities will include:
� Create sales opportunities and revenue for specialty products: Sprayers, Floaters, Pumps, Engines, etc.
� Develop customer portfolio for all new lines of business in dealer SSA�s
� Work with manufactures on managing and developing of above product lines
� Establishing new sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites
� Actively seek new corporate accounts and grow existing accounts
� Attend dealer and product training courses; continued education on existing products
� Manage new equipment sales and integration process
� Manage territory with traveling up to 85% of time
� Offering a full range of products and services to new and current customers, including new and used equipment, short lines, parts and services
� Coordinating with all branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction
� Assist Territory Sales Representatives with specialty product lines including demos quote process
� Educating customers on products and equipment through demonstration
� Managing a portfolio of customers through personal relationships to maximize customer share of wallet and market share
� Develop opportunities by generating leads for existing sales force

Requirements:
