SUMMARY:
The Yard Coordinator will support the Sales, Service, Parts and Transportation departments in the coordination and handling of machines and equipment as they are received and shipped in and out of the yard.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accurate and timely completion of Shipping and Receiving Records for New, Used or Rental Equipment
* Complete damage inspections of all equipment entering and leaving yard
* Load and unload equipment and attachments in a safe manner
* Identify and mark equipment with company ID's and verify manufacturer serial numbers
* Assists Service Manager in moving equipment in and out of shop as needed
* Maintain equipment yard and display areas in clean and organized manner.
* Assist floor plan/inventory checkers with periodic audits
* Pick-up and deliver parts as needed
* Perform basic building maintenance as needed
* Removal of snow on yard and parking lots as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Experience with the operation of forklifts from 3000 lbs. to 20000 lbs. rated capacities
* Ability to operate heavy machinery in a safe manner; loaders, dozers, cranes and semi-tractor
* Basic mechanical skills helpful
* Computer skills and ability to use digital camera, tablet and email programs
* CDL License preferred but not required

This individual will be responsible for daily entry of accounts payable invoices for General Equipment and for General Aggregate Equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure timely and accurate entry of accounts payable invoices and discount invoices for General Equipment
* Ensure timely and accurate entry of accounts payable invoices in different currencies in General Aggregate Equipment Sales, ULC
* Assist in reconciling vendors / manufacturers invoices to their statements each month in both companies
* Interact with vendors and departments within the company for information regarding invoice questions and issue resolution
* Interact with internal and external auditors and participates in occasional auditing projects or provides information and access to accounting records as required
* Process weekly expense vouchers for both companies
* Process and verify all company credit cards for General Equipment
* Handle all email that comes into the AP mailbox for General Aggregate Equipment

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* 2-year business degree (preferably accounting) or equivalent work experience
* High proficiency working with Excel and Word
* Strong keyboarding skills, Proficient on 10-key
* Strong windows skills going between screens

* Create and update training manuals for end users on IT items.
* Install, modify, maintain and repair computer hardware and software on end user's machines on a regular basis. This includes applying PC images as needed to new machines or rebuilding machines.
* Create, setup, and modify user accounts
* Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
* Utilize diagnostic programs and run reports to determine malfunctions and resolve problems
* Support all audio and video equipment at all branch locations
* Ability to troubleshoot error's through internet searches using today's technology

REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum 2-year college diploma or degree in technology related field or in the process of working toward diploma or degree.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server, Active Directory

* Basic knowledge of Office 365
* Basic network understanding including wired and wireless, handheld computing to include smartphones, and tablets

SUMMARY:
This individual will be responsible for the efficient and timely transportation of various size parts, components and small Equipment between from Fargo to Bismarck and Minot. This individual will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining safe working habits as well as complying by DOT and FMCSA laws and regulations. This position works 11-13 hours per week with early morning start time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Shuttles parts and small freight loads from Fargo, ND to Bismarck and Minot, ND following a strict schedule in order to maintain the timely delivery of the goods at the necessary locations
* Loads and unloads goods from truck and/or trailer at the correct locations
* Conduct pre and post inspections of vehicles daily and promptly report and schedule vehicle maintenance as needed
* Maintain accurate vehicle records, such as log books and fuel sheets
* Keeps equipment, vehicles, and work area clean and orderly
* Operates vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
* Maintains cleanliness of equipment, inside and out to a presentable level
* Completes all paperwork required for jobs, including all paperwork required by law
* Performs as directed by the Shuttle Truck Coordinator
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Driving these vehicles includes many hours of highway time during the early morning hours
* Requires a valid Class A CDL and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
* Must possess a current Medical Card or the ability to obtain one at time of hire
* Must be able to operate forklift
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

⢠Completes all paperwork required for jobs
⢠Responsible for operating heavy construction equipment in a safe manner

⢠May perform other duties as assigned as directed by Service Management
