SUMMARY:
This person performs human resources-related duties at the professional level and include: compensation and benefit management, employee relations and risk management including implementation of related HR policies and programs. This position will work closely with management to provide support for HR related initiatives in the form of organizational goals, staffing plans, performance management and compensation and benefit administration. Ensure compliance and understanding of federal, state and local employment laws.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Compensation and Benefit Management
o Administers and maintains current compensation program using local and national industry data
o Evaluates pay ranges annually based on market data for each position
o Maintains leave benefit administration to include paid leave time, paid holidays, short term disability, long term disability, military leave and FMLA
o Responsible for benefit administration to include Health, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP; assist in direct interaction/negotiation with benefit providers
o Evaluates group benefit plans periodically making sure they are meeting the needs of the company and employees; assess utilization vs. current cost
o Completes benefit audits as required by vendors
o Manage the open enrollment process by effectively communicating benefit changes
o Assist with the implementation and optimization of the company HRIS

⢠Employee Relations
o Develop and implement HR policies and programs in support of corporate culture and organizational strategies
o Maintains and enforces HR policies and procedures, and understands and explains to new and existing employees
o Works with management in addressing any employee relations issues
o Maintains legal compliance for all federal and state employment regulations and reporting for all branch locations

⢠Workforce Planning and Employment
o Assist Director of Workforce Development and HR team in the development of the companyâs recruiting strategy
o Implements recruiting strategy to include updating/creating job descriptions, working with marketing to post job openings, and staying up to date in recruiting trends in the market
o Administers pre-employment tests and processes
o Assists in the management of the companyâs relocation policy for new and existing employees
o Processing new hire, transfer, promotion and termination paperwork and ensures proper approval
o Assist managers with termination process to include conducting exit interviews

REQUIRED SKILLS:
⢠Bachelors degree in Human Resources and 3+ years of recent HR experience or equivalent in experience
⢠Must travel to all branch locations as necessary, must be able to travel into Canada as well
⢠Requires a valid driverâs license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
⢠PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
⢠Must have a positive mental attitude, self-motivated, goal oriented, highly energetic, positive and outgoing

Job Description

SUMMARY:
This individual will be responsible for the efficient and timely transportation of various size parts, components and small Equipment between from Fargo to Bismarck and Minot. This individual will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining safe working habits as well as complying by DOT and FMCSA laws and regulations. This position works 11-13 hours per week with early morning start time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Shuttles parts and small freight loads from Fargo, ND to Bismarck and Minot, ND following a strict schedule in order to maintain the timely delivery of the goods at the necessary locations
* Loads and unloads goods from truck and/or trailer at the correct locations
* Conduct pre and post inspections of vehicles daily and promptly report and schedule vehicle maintenance as needed
* Maintain accurate vehicle records, such as log books and fuel sheets
* Keeps equipment, vehicles, and work area clean and orderly
* Operates vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
* Maintains cleanliness of equipment, inside and out to a presentable level
* Completes all paperwork required for jobs, including all paperwork required by law
* Performs as directed by the Shuttle Truck Coordinator
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Driving these vehicles includes many hours of highway time during the early morning hours
* Requires a valid Class A CDL and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
* Must possess a current Medical Card or the ability to obtain one at time of hire
* Must be able to operate forklift
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

SUMMARY:
The Telematics Coordinator will monitor, adjust, train and fully optimize telematics systems employed by manufacturers of General Equipment & Supplies with respect to the promotion of Parts & Service. This person will work with CSSR's & Salesmen to promote General Equipment & Supplies products/services, while helping the customer control their costs through innovative ideas, prompt follow through, and strong leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Facilitate reports as needed
* Utilize the KOMTRAX/KOMEXS/Live Link and other satellite systems to manage the customer fleet and provide information to General Equipment employees and customers to coordinate servicing and repairs
* Training internal and external personnel on proper use of telematics systems
* Interpret and manage error notifications from telematics systems

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Qualified candidate will have a 4-year degree or a 2-year degree with work experience. Degree(s) and work must be in a related field to either Construction Machinery, Construction Management, Project Management and/or Business Management.
* This individual must be able to prioritize their time as the varying needs of the customer and management will dictate the day to day duties but must never lose sight of the goal of high customer service for the customer.
* Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills
* Organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects
* Must have a positive mental attitude and be able to accept coaching
* This individual must possess the understanding of process flows within an organization
* This individual must be willing to ask questions when necessary
* This individual must be able to communicate with management the tasks at hand, as well as the tasks to be completed to gain feedback necessary to complete the tasks
* This individual must be able to think ahead and keep in close contact with managers so that information can be communicated in a timely manner
* To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Must be able to quickly learn and use Distributor business system
* Must be able to communicate the needs of the customer and work with necessary teams within General Equipment.
* Must be able to read, analyze, and use problem solving techniques to promptly and accurately address customer issues.
* Must be eager, driven, and a self-starter capable of working alone effectively.
