SUMMARY:
This person will be primarily responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to company's ERP software system and other various software's connected with it. Responds to help desk tickets, isolates the problem, assists users with fixes and solutions. This position is also working with our vendor and employees on the ERP software system processes which does not include any code or program writing changes, also includes support for MS Office related products (Power BI and CRM).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to the ERP system, via in person, over the phone, or email by utilizing a ticketing system to document work orders, close tickets with resolution and prioritize workload.
* Maintain the tracking system for all issues related to the company's ERP software.
* Provide support for extend products and other related Microsoft office related products that facilitate the ERP Business System.
* Complete new ERP user setups as well as existing user permission updates/changes.
* Assist in testing new solution releases in a test environment on a weekly basis with core team members.
* Assist with logging any ERP issues with our software vendor.
* Assist with creating query reports for end users as needed.
* Assist in the documentation of all ERP Business Systems processes and integrations needed.
* Assist the Business Systems Manager with roll outs of new extend software or upgrades as needed.
* Suggest ERP related process improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Minimum of 2-year degree with emphasis in computers and business and 1 year working experience in a for profit business with an ERP Software
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and programs within
* Must be willing to travel to all branch locations as necessary, including travel into Canada
* Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and written to both all levels of employees
* Must possess strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
* Must have good organizational skills, very detail oriented and be able to multi-task
* Must have a positive mental attitude, self-motivated, goal oriented, highly energetic, positive and outgoing

SUMMARY:
The Lube Technician position, working closely with the Shop Foreman and Service Manager, is an entry-level position responsible for coordinating and maintaining service on a wide variety of machines. This position will require traveling to customer job sites to fulfill routine maintenance. This individual will be responsible for servicing units to fulfill OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Performs walk-around inspections of various types of equipment working in the field as required
⢠Ability to work outside in all-weather elements
⢠Maintains a service schedule log and complete all required paperwork for jobs
⢠Performs necessary maintenance to the various machine service levels
⢠Demonstrates basic trouble shooting skills and perform basic maintenance with minimal supervision
⢠Maintains a clean workplace and take care of all tools/equipment
⢠Works safely and practices safe working habits
⢠Demonstrates equipment and mechanical knowledge

REQUIRED SKILLS:
⢠Has a valid Class A CDL License and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
⢠Has minimum 2-year Diesel Technology degree/and or Automotive degree or equivalent experience
⢠Has a basic tool set
