We cover an expansive geographical area from the Jersey Shore to the Delaware River and from Philadelphia up to New York City, and beyond.

Looking for part time work? Look no more! We have a sales delivery position available for the customer focused individual.
This is a part time Delivery Driver Position that reports to the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for delivering new equipment to customers. You will be required to operate vehicles to transport equipment, parts, supplies and paperwork for the dealership. You may be required to instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures. Employee will be expected to drive a full-size pick-up truck with a trailer, 10�-25� in length carrying equipment.

Hours:
� Varies; Monday-Friday, weekly hours will not exceed 25

Compensation
� Hourly

Qualifications:
� Valid driver�s license with clean driving history is required
� CDL preferred, but not required
� Prior driving experience, hauling equipment, at least 1 year, is required
� Prior experience in farming preferred
� Ability to drive a manual transmission truck
� Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
� Fork lift license preferred, but not required
� Excellent customer service skills
� High School Diploma or equivalent required


Essential Functions:
� Transports equipment, parts, supplies, and paperwork between dealer facilities as well as deliver to and from customers
� Maintains records of pick-up and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts
� Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy
� May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required
� Will be required to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition
� Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties
� May support the service department with equipment delivery as needed
� Other duties may be assigned

As a Parts Sales CSR you will build customer relationships by traveling to customer locations for the purpose of selling, receiving and delivery of aftermarket parts and accessories. You will also perform follow-up activities, address customer concerns, and promote monthly promotions. Collect profiling information in order to enhance the customer experience. Customer focus will be on Ag, Professional Landscape Companies (PLC) and Municipalities. Employees will receive on-the-job training as well as other training through John Deere University (JDU).
Essential Functions:
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. Increase sales and profit with existing customers.
⢠Seek new customers and develop relationships, creating market with new customers; Ag, Professional Landscape Companies (PLC) and Municipalities.
⢠Maximize business relationships through positive customer engagement and regularly planned sales call frequency.
⢠Sell aftermarket parts. Schedule sales calls before calling on accounts. Have a plan, be prepared with materials they may have asked for previously or new promotion opportunities.
⢠Addresses customer concerns and resolves problems effectively and satisfactorily
⢠Profiles customerâs machines, vehicles and demographic information
⢠Determine replacement parts according to inspection of old parts, customer requests or description of malfunction
⢠Look up parts for prices/quotes using computers/catalogs
⢠Advise customer on substitution of parts (different manufacturers)
⢠Prepare sales quotes/invoice
⢠Keep current on new products and product updates
⢠Keep daily sales log and invoice tracking
⢠Company vehicle, phone and laptop will be provided (after 9o-days)
Hours:
⢠Monday-Friday 8-5
⢠Saturdays 8-12 (April, May, September, October)
⢠During seasonal/peak-time longer hours may be required
Qualifications:
⢠At least 2 yearâs Sales experience required
⢠A positive and friendly attitude is a required.

About the Parts Sales Representative Position:

The Service Writer position will report to the Service Manager and support the service department in meeting customer needs through initiating equipment services and repairs by determining performance problems and services requested, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, maintaining customer rapport and records. Administrative tasks such as answering incoming phone calls, end of day reports and cash handling will also be part the job responsibilities. Employees will receive on-the-job training as well as other trainings through John Deere University (JDU).

Essential Functions:
- Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
- Opens work orders as directed by the Service Manager and maintains control until they are closed and invoiced
- Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders
- May process warranty and/or product improvement claims including the computation of charges, submission and follow-up
- Determines equipment problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking equipment maintenance records; examining service schedules.
- Verifies warranty, PowerGard, service contract and/or maintenance plan coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
- Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
- Prepares detailed repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of equipment; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging hauling.
- Ability to make cold calls to customers during the winter months to promote service specials
- Administrative tasks include answering incoming customer calls, completing end of day reports for cash, credit and check payments, and general office duties

Qualifications:
- MUST be computer savvy with the ability to type
- MUST be proficient in MS Office Suite and internet applications
- MUST have excellent oral and written skills, including proper grammar and proofreading skills
- MUST have proficient math skills
- Previous experience as a service writer preferred
- Friendly attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability and desire to be part of a team
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terminology is preferred
