POSITION SUMMARY
The Diesel Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
⢠Repair and replace damaged or worn parts
⢠Operate and inspect heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects
⢠Test mechanical products and equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturerâs specifications
⢠Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs using engine diagnostic such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices
⢠Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools
⢠Cleans, lubricates and performs routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles
⢠Schedules maintenance for industrial machines and equipment and keeps equipment service records
⢠Reads and interprets manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings
⢠Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems
⢠Stays abreast of new technology and methodology through on the job training and technical school
⢠Uses the appropriate tools for the required tasks
⢠Performs other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
⢠High School Diploma or equivalent
⢠5 yearsâ experience servicing heavy industrial equipment such as excavators, backhoes, skid loaders, and tractors
⢠Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
⢠Strong customer service skills
⢠Ability to read, write and speak English

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This job may require work in areas where ear and / or eye protection is necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with individuals and companies in the community in order to sell the companyâs products and services and reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
⢠Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services
⢠Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests
⢠Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives
⢠Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
⢠Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices
⢠Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
⢠Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
⢠Negotiating details of contracts and payments
⢠Consulting with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
⢠Performing other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
⢠Bachelorâs degree in business or related field preferred
⢠Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques
⢠Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
⢠Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment
⢠Demonstrated capacity to think âoutside the boxâ, communicate and motivate customers on the companyâs products, programs and new ideas
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
⢠Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
⢠Excellent customer relationship skills
