Purpose:
Ensures ongoing precision agriculture mainstreaming and works with all dealership departments to sell and support advanced precision farming products. Supports dealership value-added services by sharing expertise, training employees, and supporting solution execution.
Responsibilities:
* Supports precision farming product guidance to sales, service, and parts departments
* Serves as technical specialist relative to all precision farming products offered and supported by dealership
* Participates in the adoption of new technology and product offerings
* Provides support for advanced precision farming product sales and systems troubleshooting
* Helps execute the plan to ensure ongoing precision farming mainstreaming across all departments at the dealership
* Develops and delivers internal and external training for precision farming products
* Provides recommendations on ordering option codes
* Supports the execution of the dealership's precision agriculture strategy (Machine Optimization, Logistics Optimization, and Agronomic Decision Support)
* Helps Support business consulting services to customers
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
* 1+ years experience in an agriculture-related role
* Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems
* Knowledge of database software and computer application systems
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
* Ability to speak and write effectively one-on-one and within a group
* Associates or Bachelors Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, or Agriculture Mechanization or equivalent experience

Purpose:
* Responsible for the achievement of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (owners, customers, and employees)
* Provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical and financial resources for the location
* Optimizes the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers
Responsibilities:
* Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for a location(s)
* Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues
* Ensures that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments at the store location(s) which may include leading regular department management staff meetings and all employee meetings
* Communicates the dealership values, principles, vision and mission within their location
* Communicates with other store managers to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments within the organization
* Supports corporate managers in implementing changes in any department within the location
* Ensures the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events
* Oversees maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and property for the location
* May represent the company for the sale of machinery to key customers as needed
* Provides input to the hiring, development and coaching, evaluation, and effectiveness of the management team and other employees within their store
* Manages on-going relationships with key Case IH personnel
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
* 5+ years experience in a retail environment
* 1+ additional years experience as a parts or service manager or in a sales role preferred
* Familiar with Case/IH and competitive products
* Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
* Ability to lead and motivate others
* Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience and a solid understanding of sales, parts and service operations
* Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, and communication skills
* Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business or equivalent experience preferred

* Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations

* Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
* Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
* Basic parts and machinery knowledge
* Ability to use the CASE/IH computerized parts systems
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
* High School diploma or equivalent experience
* Fork lift experience preferred

Purpose:
Independently performs advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager, General Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established AFS products.
* Participates in Service Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
* Mentors Service Technician Trainees
* Conducts or supports customer clinics
* Maintains current knowledge of Case/IH and competitive products
* Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
* Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
* Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
* Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
* Accounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties
* May perform diagnosis and repair in the field
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
* 3+ years of experience performing service repairs
* Ability to perform advanced repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures on machines of the Technician's specialty
* Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
* Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
* Ability to use EST and basic computer functions
* Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
* Certification preferred but not required
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
* Valid driver's license required.
