Reconcile cash accounts, receivables, and payables.
Ensure all entries have been posted to allow preparation of monthly financial statements.
Prepare daily and monthly recurring transaction general ledger entries.
Coding of payables/receivables.
Review and process vendor invoices.
Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices.
Record wire and ACH payments to vendors along with any payments automatically deducted from the bank account.
Monitor bank accounts and reconcile with business system daily.
Process and record credit card payments.
Replenish petty cash fund and perform monthly reconciling.
Balance daily cash tills from both stores and prepare deposit.
Invoice equipment from business system.
Create new customer accounts when needed.
Receive and post payments to customer's account.
Assist in customers questions regarding their account via phone or in person.
Assist Bookkeeper, General Manager & Office staff for any reports needed.
Office Support:
Back up on phones for office personnel.
Address general inquiries, receive payments from customers, sign paperwork, greet visitors and guests in office.
Assist customers in signing paperwork.
Run credit applications for customers for purchasing equipment, parts and/or service with John Deere Financial.
Skills Needed:
Ability to ask questions and ask for help.
Organization skills, attention to detail, problem solving & ability to work independently as well as in a group setting.

Primary responsibilities include:
* Perform general repairs on OXBO berry harvesters, including computer-based troubleshooting of engines, electronic fuels systems, electrical and hydraulics, and other general agricultural equipment systems.
* Perform pre-delivery of new harvesters as they arrive on the lot from the factory
* Complete all required paperwork including repair orders, pre-delivery reports, and appraisal
* Communicate with Parts Department on ordering necessary parts
* Effectively communicate with Service Staff when questions arise on repair orders and scheduling of work
* Maintain clean work area in shop and on grounds
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma equivalent
* Strong mechanical aptitude
