Inside Sales Turf and Small Equipment Specialist - ARE YOU LOOKING TO ENTER THE SALES WORLD and are a results-driven sales representative that actively seeks out and engages customer prospects. This INSIDE SALES position may be just the step you need. It combines sales skill with internal ADMIN responsibilities.

Responsibilities
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
* Assist department management with regular report statistics to further branch sales
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
* Continuously improve through feedback

Skills
* Proven work experience as a sales representative
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Highly motivated and target driven
* Excellent selling and communication
* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Hours:
* 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday and alternating Saturday)
* During seasonal/peak-time longer hours/OT may be required

Compensation
* Hourly
* Bonuses & Incentives available

Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
* Previous Sales experience is a preferred
* Turf equipment experience preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* MUST be proficient in MS Office Suite and internet applications
* MUST have proficient oral and written skills
* College degree preferred, preferably in business or marketing.
* Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
* Fork lift license preferred, but not required
