Status: Full Time

Performs basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned construction equipment (Skid Steers, Mini-Excavators, etc.). May require some direction from Senior Technicians. Also assembles and services all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership. Prepares equipment for delivery to the customer or for demonstration purposes. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Must have good mechanical, customer service and communication skills.
Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on CW equipment.
Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
Diesel experience.
Applicant must have 2 stroke, 4 cycle engine experience.
Assembles and services all types of equipment, established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership.
Performs pre-delivery inspection on all types of equipment and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership.
Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process.
Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments.
Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties.
May participate in Service Educate Training Programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.


1+ years of experience performing service repairs.
Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of small construction equipment.
Ability to use basic computer functions.
Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
Ability to lift at least 75lbs. repeatedly.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record


Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am-Noon
Extended hours during busy seasons
