SUMMARY

Must be motivated, have good computer skills and work independently.
Will service mechanical/electrical repair on combines and planting equipment in shop and at customer locations. Troubleshooting, delivering setting up and demonstrating new equipment.
This position will require fieldwork out of a field service truck, must have ability to work without supervision.
Hydraulic troubleshooting.
Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience performing service repairs.
Must supply your own tools
Ability to perform complex repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures on the machines of the Technicians specialty.
Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment.
Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred.
Valid drivers license required; CDL and fork lift license preferred.
MUST have clean driving record

Monday Friday 8am-5pm

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

SUMMARY
The primary responsibility is expanding aftermarket revenues by development of new service and parts customer relationships and the expansion of eligible existing customer relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create no less than 24 new customer relationships annually. A new relationship is defined as those customers that have a combined $5,000 of parts or service revenue growth during the 12 month period after the CSRs first meeting with the eligible prospect.
Expand gross profit margins from all eligible accounts assigned to the CSR on an annual basis of $200,000 or greater annually (after draw period has been terminated).
Maintain an active business development calling program as evidenced by adding more than 10 new eligible prospects each quarter. Each new prospect will be considered as eligible based upon the following definition AND having been approved for assignment by the aftermarket director.
Eligible prospects are new or existing customers who have purchased less than $1,000 of parts or services during the prior three years OR where the current YTD purchases of parts and service is less than 20% of the total prior three year purchases.
Management can define prospects as eligible that fall outside these parameters.
Complete and record the results of not less than an average of 30 face to face meetings monthly with eligible assigned prospects.
Maintain a current database of equipment for each customer and prospect visited with at a minimum model data, model year and preferably machine hours.
Record competitive feedback and information useful for use by sales and/or other areas of the organization.
