CompensationHourly: $12 to $17 USD

o Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
o Assists with preparing and maintain merchandise displays.
o Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
o Addresses customer concerns and resolves problems effectively and satisfactorily.
o Process parts sales.
o Locate and label parts and maintain inventory of stock.
o Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available.
o Assist in keeping the Parts Department clean and orderly.
o May supply Set-up, Service or Master Service Technicians with parts as needed.
o Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting them to the Parts Location Manager or Corporate Parts Director.
o May participate in product presentations at customer clinics, pre-Expo Meetings, John Deere Days and meetings held outside the dealership.
o Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
o Excellent customer relationship skills.
o Ability to use the computer, Internet and basic data entry/keyboarding skills.
o Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
o Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer Application.
o Ability to work in a team environment.
o High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
o Valid Driverâ€™s license.
