A customer was standing at the parts counter waiting on his order to be finalized and he was watching the screen. One of the advertisements he saw was for a short-line ditcher blade. He asked the parts counter staff if they sold them to which a resounding YES was answered. A salesman was called to come to the parts counter and shortly thereafter, the customer had purchased the ditcher blade ALONG with his original parts order.
